Welcome to FIXBIN.ORG
FixBin is the brandnew tool for you to do floating-point math with Java 2
Micro Edition (J2ME)! Unlike other libraries, this is OPENSOURCE!
This site is currently under construction. However, you can already download
Version 0.6 of FixBin!
| 03-Jan-2006 Version 0.6 |
Thanks to Mark Ashworth (see credits section) for fixing a bug in the formatting
method that sometimes rounded negative values incorrectly.
|
| 28-Aug-2004 Version 0.5 now with 3D |
This version of FixBin now comes with some 3D objects that
allow rendering of 3D objects!
|
| 17-Aug-2004 Version 0.4 available |
A new version of FixBin has been released today. The new
version features two new methods quickmul and quickdiv for
quickly multiplying or dividing two values (non overflow-safe).
Also changed were the arcsin/arctan methods, which now are much
more accurate. Thanks to Petr Kuhlheim for his suggestions!
As a result of Petr's changes, you will find the binaries to
be smaller than the previous version, as some "helper"
functions could be removed.
Enjoy FixBin 0.4!
